What Is the FUSION Platform?
The FUSION Platform is Touchstone1’s proprietary network platform designed to simplify connectivity, security, network management, and analytics across your MDU property.
It all started with the FUSION Gateway. A gateway is a router positioned between local networks and the Internet, serving as the access point for all devices within the local network to connect to the Internet. While a traditional gateway simply routes traffic, the FUSION Gateway expands far beyond basic functionality.
A platform combines hardware, software, and networking tools into a unified system that enables applications and digital services to run efficiently. The FUSION Platform works by replacing more than six complicated network components into one.

The FUSION Gateway
At the core of the platform is the FUSION Gateway, which serves as the central access point between your property’s network and the Internet.

With the dashboard, hospitality professionals are provided with a virtual map of how their property’s network is connected, along with a real-time overview of its performance.
